At dinner time on a summer day almost three decades ago, Peter made the switch from inhaling amniotic fluid to breathing air. Peter grew up in New Jersey until he was fifteen, when his family was called to the "Promised Land" of Texas. After completing his secondary education at Plano Senior High School, Peter moved to Virginia where he studied psychology at Washington and Lee University. Upon graduation from W&L, Peter headed south of the border for a year as a short-term missionary in Mexico, after which he spent some time working and going to school back in Texas before heading to Missouri and Covenant Seminary in the fall of 1999. Peter finished his seminary studies and received his Master of Divinity degree in December of 2003, and was ordained as a minister of the gospel in the North Texas Presbytery in November of 2004. He is starting his third year an fourth semester in Mexico City as the first MTW/RUF campus minister at the National Autonomous University (UNAM) of Mexico.
